The hotel boasts a stunning beachside location and a lovely pool area, but the overall experience fell short for me due to several issues. While some staff members were friendly and welcoming, others were quite rude, which made interactions uncomfortable. The dining options felt very limited and didn't cater well to different tastes, which was disappointing. All in all, it was not a five-star experience for me.
The hotel has potential, with a clean environment and friendly staff, but the experience was marred by a lack of English-speaking services and disappointing dining options, especially for kids. The pool area was nice, but the overall variety in food and the unwelcoming interactions with some other guests left much to be desired.
